Coastal Calm is our take on a gentle digestive support tea — blending the warming depth of
pu-erh with the soothing properties of ginger root, licorice, and anise. Each 2-cup sample is
hand-portioned in small batches at our coastal North Carolina operation.
Steep one heaping teaspoon in 8oz of 212° water for 5 minutes. Add honey to bring out the
warm, earthy sweetness. Best enjoyed after a full meal or in the evening before settling in.
Ingredients: senna leaf, green rooibos, licorice root, orange peel, aniseed, chicory root, pu-erh
tea, ginger root, slippery elm bark.
